National conference on light matter interaction at nanoscale (LMIN-2025) is 2nd in its series being organized by Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, Kalpakkam. LMIN-2025 will cover specific topics in optical microscopy at the nanoscale using plasmonics and Photonics and its application in material sciences encompassing physical, chemical and life sciences. The conference focuses on the study and utilization of Scanning Near-field optical microscopy (SNOM/NSOM) in imaging at nanoscale. Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) and site-specific Tip Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (TERS) in the determination of trace amount of reagent and tagging biological processes along with advanced spectroscopy based chemical sensors will be covered. The recent results on probing surfaces using structured light will also be discussed.
